Coffee and Doughnuts Cupcakes

I had a Groupon for Krispy Kreme doughnuts that expired on Sunday so I went and got two dozen doughnuts plus an extra dozen Krispy Kreme minis because they wouldn't let me substitute a dozen minis for my Groupon. I then went home and made coffee and doughnut cupcakes using the mini doughnuts and this recipe for mocha cupcakes with espresso buttercream frosting from browneyedbaker.
